The production rate depends on the complexity of the forming application and can attain up to 1000 parts/hr.
The forming machine can be :

  • hand operated for low production volume,
  • semi-automatic,
  • fully automatic for high production volume.
    The fully automated machines are equipped with CNC user-friendly systems to control the entire process.

All tooling (dies, mandrels, etc) are produced and tested in-house. For specific applications requiring development, our engineering department will provide the entire forming process as well as the required tools.
   

The vaill end former can be equipped with the proper optional equipment for efficiently handling various applications such as security accessories, positional control and automation.
