The production rate of these machines depends on the complexity of the swaging application and can attain up to 1000 parts/hr.

The swager can be hand operated or with rack and pinion feeder for low volume production.
For high volume production, the swager can be fully automated with CNC feeders and loaders.
Roll feeders are available for continuous swaging operations.

When hot swaging is performed, the swaging head is cooled by a flushing oil system for light applications or by water jacket system for more severe applications.

All tooling (dies, mandrel, etc) are produced and tested in-house. Every part must pass the toughest testing because only this can guaranty your perfect performance.

For specific applications requiring development, our engineering departement will provide the entire forming process as well as the required tools.

The swagers can be equipped with the proper optional equipment for efficiently handling various applications such as acoustical insulation, security accessories, hand loader, positional control and automation.
