The
production rate of these machines depends on the complexity
of the swaging application and can attain up to 1000 parts/hr.
The swager can be hand operated or with
rack and pinion feeder for low volume production.
For high volume production, the swager can be fully automated
with CNC feeders and
loaders.
Roll feeders are available for continuous swaging operations.
When hot swaging is performed, the swaging
head is cooled by a flushing oil system for light applications
or by water jacket system for more severe applications. |
