The working stations are of modular type independent from each other.   The entire operation is monitored by CNC user-friendly system. You can also choose your operator interface software.   We have also developped special indexing system to ensure forming of various sizes and shapes.

A feeding and transfer mechanism rejects bad blanks, supplies and locates the part into the right position.     Absolute safety is insured by the automatic process itself and very efficient light curtains and protective guards.

The simultaneous operation of all modules produces one completely finished part every machine cycle.   The modular tooling concept insures minimum set-up times for tool changes.
