Torrington Swager and Vaill employs a fully trained staff
of 100 skilled employees including mechanical and electrical engineers,
assembly technicians and machinists with an average of 15 years
of experience. That experience and the knowledge of our team in
all end forming processes, swaging,
vaill-in-line forming,
push-pull forming
and in automation techniques
combined with a willingness and ability to always improve these

R&D
Creating new precision tube and bar forming systems is a complex
process. Our designers use powerful CAD/CAM tools and since all
our vital tools are produced
in-house, our machinists work with very precise and reliable CNC
machining equipment. Our experimental laboratory is equipped with
a wide variety of our forming machines and dies in order to assist
our customers with experimental work when it is needed.
